055: Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle (2x NCAA Division 1 Champion and 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist) joins me to talk about his professional wrestling career. We discuss him winning a Gold Medal on home soil despite competing with a broken neck. Kurt shares what life was like after his Olympic wrestling career finished and how joining the WWE wasn't his first choice of career. We get into some of the extracurriculars Kurt got involved in which includes some movie cameos and he shares which franchise he would love to join. Kurt opens up about some of the challenges he had to overcome in his personal life and how WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon, was an integral part of Kurts recovery. Kurt also shares his favourite memories as well as who he loved working with during his time as a professional wrestler. All this plus much more.
